Objective / Strategy: This email continued the momentum from Round 1 of the interactive chair voting series. The strategy was to build ongoing engagement, encourage participation through live voting, and collect valuable click data for future personalization. By turning product discovery into a fun, bracket-style competition, we created a reason for subscribers to interact, come back, and share their preferences—all while getting closer to the product.
Messaging Approach: We leaned into the excitement of a tournament-style bracket. This email featured a celebratory GIF announcing the winner of Round 1 and seamlessly introduced the next matchup: Cat’s Meow vs. Good Dog. The messaging was playful and energetic, emphasizing voting, friendly competition, and the giveaway entry to keep interest high.
Design Highlights:
•A looping GIF crowned the winner from Round 1 with a gold ribbon overlay—an eye-catching visual moment that rewards participation.
•Bright, branded colors and bold typography kept the energy high and the theme consistent.
•A live Litmus poll allowed real-time voting between the two featured chairs, making it feel dynamic and interactive.
•Chair images are linked directly to products for shoppers who want to learn more or buy on the spot.
•Continued “Stay Inspired” section with Arrow Creator content to maintain consistency with inspirational emails.
